The
early stage of the 2020 Jupiter/Saturn planetary conjunction as
seen here on December 14, 2020 from the coast of Oregon. The two
planets were about a degree apart in this image. Look carefully next to
Saturn (left) for its brightest satellite Titan, then next to Jupiter on
the right, with her four Galilean satellites; Calisto, Gamymede, Io,
and Europa.
