The Trifid (left) and Lagoon (right) nebulae as photographed on June 6, 2016
from the extremely dark skies in Big Bend National Park in Texas. It was
taken with a Canon 400mm f/4 lens with an ISO setting of 1600 for 2 1/2
minutes on a Losmandy mounting with only sidereal tracking, and with a
Canon 60Da camera.
