The Rho Ophiuchi (blue star at the top center) complex of nebulosity, star clusters, and
dark dust clouds (left center) taken on June 5, 2016 from Big Bend National Park with
a Canon 60Da camera and 200mm telephoto lens. The bright red star, Antares, is in
the lower right along with a bright globular star cluster M4 just above Antares (and
to the right). The beauty of this particular area is best photographed in extremely
dark skies such as found at Big Bend NP, Texas.
